The location is rare, close to the Siam Square area

The project location is considered rare to find. I think I can't find a spot like this anymore in the middle of a city like this. The selling point is the project's location. You can walk to the shopping malls such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and MBK Center in just a few minutes from the project. It is also convenient for CU students since it is so close to Chulalongkorn University. The project has included complete common areas such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a playground. The interior of the room is well designed. However, the decoration of some materials, I still don't like much. There is a standard, but it looks useless. A rare location doesn't mean it's good for using a private car as the road in front of the condo connects to the Siam area is busy. Also, if you choose to travel by BTS, it's very convenient.
