the project age is around 15 years old. while not new, it is a well-rounded community with good condition of common facilities. cleaning is adequate. fees are on medium range considering that the new projects even from brands are usually located near slums or working camps, noisy dirty roads, etc. this area is separated all around from such problematic zones, which is great. the location is one of the best since it is the middle of the island, 10-15 min drive to central, bkk hospital, old town. most of the beaches are also easily accesable.there is also a bypass through british international school which makes it easy to get to bang tao are, but you have plenty of options to go anyway. no noisy tourist is a plus. one downside is a golf players going around, posing albeit low, but nevertheless a safety risk

close to kamala beach. i love the 3 swimming pools, restaurants & cafe, gym and massage. full of young people, friendly environment. the unit is perfect specially with the swimming pool view!! hope to comeback soon..

all the facilities onsite are very well maintained and cleaned daily! there is always staff member close by to help with any questions you may have. the cafe is great for food and poolside drinks. they do provide room service as well!

one of the best locations in phuket. it has the golg course in front of the house. it is near shopping and hospitals. it has restaurants and bars nearby. and is located in the middle of the island, so you reach every corner of the island in acceptable time. patong is 15 minutes away, the airport 40 minutes. and not that many tourists in this area too.

i like the location because it is very central. i can get everything i need during the day in the neighbourhood. beaches are not far away either, 10min. i think i will buy it because it is very good value for money.
