it is a high-end condominium development in the heart of the city. a rooftop has an infinity pool and a fitness center, overlooking a panoramic view of bangkok. the condo's rooms are standard, spacious, and artistically decorated. inside, all pieces of furniture are imported, very luxurious, and the location is fantastic. we can count down on the new year and see the fireworks from central world right from the room. and only a few minutes from the project, i can get to famous shopping malls. there are both central world and siam paragon, as well as famous restaurants. it's extremely convenient. it appeals to me greatly.

i've booked this condo since the project began construction, and it's now completed. i booked it because i am very fond of the project's location, near major department stores in the central city, such as siam paragon, platinum fashion mall, central world, etc. the most impressive aspect of the project is the common area known as "lifestyle pods," which offers various services to choose from and supports all ages. besides, the project only has a few units, giving a sense of privacy. the room i bought is a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom unit. the room is large, and the materials and equipment are of high quality. for the design, the interior is very luxurious. it's recommended for anyone looking for a condo in the heart of bangkok, and i believe it is well worth the money you paid.

The Address Pathumwan

this condo gives a sense of staying in a real home. i've been happy since i moved in. all staff is helpful. the common areas in this building are clean and private. the fitness room and the pool are also available. my room is highly secure because key card access is required before entering every building and floor. you'll feel at ease that no strangers will walk around. despite being in the heart of the city, it does not feel cramped. i like the surroundings because you can get to the siam area in just 5 minutes, and it's also close to ratchathewi bts.

i really like this project's location because it is not far from siam paragon as it takes about 10 minutes to walk. besides, there are famous department stores in that area. there are also many restaurants and shops. i stayed in a spacious one-bedroom unit. the facilities are complete, but i have to admit that the price here is relatively higher than in many condos. however, when considering its location in the city center, i think it is very worthwhile.

i rented a 2-bedroom unit in this condo. the room comes with a usable area that is spacious enough for living comfortably. more importantly, this condo is close to all conveniences, such as department stores and restaurants. also, it takes only a few steps from ratchathewi bts, making it so easy to get anywhere. there are complete facilities, such as a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a fully-equipped gym. i like the sauna room, and there is a reliable security system in the condo, making me feel at ease during my stay.

i'm looking for a condo where i could raise pets, and i found one here. it turns out that comfort goes beyond just allowing pets because the facilities in the common areas are also perfect. my favorite is probably the library lounge, where i can sit and work when i'm bored in my own room. anyway, the only disadvantage is that the parking lot is too small compared to the number of units in the project. in terms of location, it's impressive because it is an important center for education and economy, which is close to many leading department stores as well as easy to access everywhere as it takes a few minutes to get to ratchathewi bts.

i rented a 1 bedroom condo here because the room is spacious, decorated with beautiful furniture, and there are many facilities within the project. i often go swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and work out at the fitness center. both are my favorite places. the pool is large and lovely. in addition, this condo is close to many famous shopping malls, including siam paragon, central world, and chulalongkorn university, which is my workplace. i have been happy since i moved here.

i decided to buy a condo in ratchathewi because it is attractive since the area is bustling with many hotels, restaurants, and shops. it is also home to residential communities that are close to siam shopping mall. i bought a 2-bedroom with 2 bathrooms condo with luxurious interior design. the living area is also spacious, overlooking a 360-degree city view. it's very impressive. besides this, it provides a complete range of facilities such as the swimming pool, library, working-room, lobby, and free wi-fi. for me, it is worth living, and everyone will love it.

the condo here is beautiful and situated in a great location. we can walk to siam paragon; it takes about 10 minutes only. convenient transportation near ratchathewi bts station. i like the private room lift. i think the room decor looks normal if compared to other same price condos. the condo is still new but gets repaired often due to the material wear and tear and rarely well-maintained. the outstanding is the living room with a beautiful view and an excellent gym. this is an ideal place to invest in the heart of bangkok. the price is reasonable.

it is a new luxury condo in modern style. the rooms are furnished with quality furnishings, although the usable space of this one-bedroom is quite narrow. whatever, that's not a problem for a person who lives alone like me. it is a fact that the room condos in the city center are regarded as smaller than other bangkok areas, but i think it's worth it compared to the convenience around. to go to siam paragon is less than a 10 minutes walk. importantly, it is close to ratchathewi bts, only 390 meters, making the journey very convenient and flexible. it is considered the perfect answer to the traffic congestion of the city. the common area here is complete, such as a swimming pool with a magnificent city view, and the fitness center here has up to 15 exercise pieces of equipment. i am very impressed with staying here.
