My husband and I just moved into this project 2 months ago. Overall, I'm impressed with the shady atmosphere and good-condition common area. The garden and patio is an ideal place to sit and enjoy the morning breeze. And the communal swimming pool is very big, suitable for swimming in leisure time. The house that my husband and I rented is big for only 2 people, but my husband decided to have it in case our family visits. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, furnished with quality furniture and ready to live. Importantly, it is close to our company's office in the Laguna area. Very convenient to travel and easy to find something to eat around the Boat Avenue area. It’s everything you will need.
